Privacy Policy

OhPuppy ("we", "us") builds a community app for dog owners and pet-care providers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. We keep it short and honest.

What we collect

• Account: your email and, if you choose, name and profile photo. Sign-in is via Apple, Google, or email.
• Your content: dog profiles, health records, diary entries, photos you upload, marketplace listings, reviews, and messages.
• Location: only when you use map features (nearby dogs, lost-dog alerts). You can deny this and the rest of the app still works.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Diagnostics: basic crash/usage data to fix bugs.

How we use it

• To run the features you ask for (health tracking, walks, adoption, marketplace).
• To connect you with walkers, vets, shelters and shops you choose to interact with.
• To process payments and pay providers (via Stripe).
• We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

Where it lives

Your data is stored on Supabase (EU region) with row-level security, so you can only read and write your own records. Photos are stored in our media bucket. Payments run through Stripe.

Sharing

Content you publish (public profile, marketplace listings, reviews, shelter dogs) is visible to other users by design. Private data (health records, messages) is not. Providers you transact with see only what's needed to fulfil the service.

Your rights

• Delete your account any time from Settings → the app erases your records.
• Access, correct, or export your data by contacting us.
• Withdraw location/notification permissions in iOS Settings.

Children

OhPuppy is not directed at children under 13.

OhPuppy събира само нужното: имейл за вход (Apple/Google/имейл), съдържанието, което създаваш (профили на кучета, здравни записи, снимки, обяви, отзиви, съобщения), локация само за картовите функции, и плащания през Stripe (не виждаме картовите ти данни). Данните се пазят в Supabase (ЕС) с RLS — виждаш само своите записи. Не продаваме лични данни. Можеш да изтриеш акаунта си по всяко време от Настройки. Контакт: support@ohpuppy.app.
