OhPuppy is your dog's whole world in one app. Keep a profile for each dog, store health records and vaccination reminders, book trusted walkers, message your vet, shop for supplies and support local shelters — all in one place.

Yes — the core app is free forever: dog profiles, records, booking walkers and ordering from shops.

OhPuppy Plus is €9.99/month and adds extras like unlimited dog profiles, advanced health tracking, priority support and member perks. Cancel anytime from Settings.

Browse walkers near you, check ratings and reviews, then request a walk. Payment is handled securely in-app — you're only charged once a walk is confirmed, and you can follow the live GPS route while it happens.

Open the order in the app and tap Report a problem. The shop handles the refund under its own policy; if it can't resolve it, OhPuppy support steps in. See the Refund Policy for full details.

Go to Settings → Delete account. Your account data is deleted or anonymised, except records we must retain by law. A Google Play or App Store subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account, so cancel it in the store first. You can also request deletion at ohpuppy.app/delete-account.

Download the app, create your account and pick the Walker role — registration happens only in the OhPuppy app. There is no application form and no review queue: OhPuppy does not approve people. Stripe confirms your identity with an ID document and a bank account in your own name, and a walker subscription keeps you active.

Walkers pay a €9.99/month subscription to stay active on the platform. On top of that, OhPuppy takes a 10% service fee per completed walk — so you keep 90% of every walk. There are no hidden charges.

Payouts run through Stripe Connect. When you onboard you connect a Stripe account; earnings (minus the 10% fee) are transferred to your bank on Stripe's payout schedule. You can track every walk and balance in your dashboard.

A government-issued ID for identity verification, your contact details and a bank account in your own name for payouts. The check is done by Stripe, not by an OhPuppy team — once Stripe confirms your identity, payouts are enabled.

Cancellation rules are shown before you accept a walk. If there's an incident or a dispute, report it from the walk screen and our team will review — write to team@ohpuppy.app for anything urgent.

With Vet Pro your clinic gets a profile owners can find, plus tools to manage appointments, message clients, and access shared dog health records (with the owner's consent). It's built to bring you new local clients and keep existing ones close.

A flat €49.99/month — and that's it. OhPuppy takes 0% commission, so you keep 100% of what you charge your clients. Predictable pricing, no per-booking fees.

Registration happens only in the OhPuppy app — download it, create an account and pick the Vet role (how it works). There is no application form on the website and nothing to wait for. You fill in your clinic profile in the app, and your dashboard lives at vet.ohpuppy.app with the same account.

Yes. Health records are owned by the dog's owner and shared with you only when they grant access. Everything is stored securely — see our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

You keep your existing in-clinic payment flow and 100% of your fees. If you enable in-app payments, they run through Stripe Connect straight to your account, still with 0% commission from us.

List your products in the OhPuppy marketplace and reach dog owners who are already in the app. Manage your catalogue, inventory and orders from your shop dashboard, and fulfil orders as they come in.

A €49.99/month subscription plus a 3% fee per sale. So on every order you keep 97% of the sale value, with no listing fees or surprises.

You accept the seller agreement and connect Stripe so payouts reach you; there is no application form on the website and no approval queue. Shelters can list unlimited dogs, manage adoption requests and chat for free in one country. Receiving donations, visibility in up to 25 countries and affiliate access require the paid Shelter plan; Stripe payout setup is required before donations can be accepted.

Donations are collected via Stripe Connect. After the ~7% platform share, funds are transferred to your shelter's connected bank account on Stripe's payout schedule, with a clear record of every donation.

Registration happens only in the OhPuppy app — create an account and pick the Shelter role (how it works). Choose Free or the paid Shelter plan; connect Stripe payouts only after Paid is active and you want to receive donations. There is no website application. Listings and your donation page are managed from shelter.ohpuppy.app with the same account.

Adopters can browse your dogs and start an enquiry in-app, then you carry out your own adoption process. OhPuppy is here to make the introduction — the decision is always yours.

Manage every plan — OhPuppy Plus, Walker, Vet Pro, Shop or Shelter — from Settings → Billing. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Subscriptions in the iPhone app are paid through the Apple App Store. Orders, services and donations are processed by Stripe. OhPuppy never stores your full card details.
